The United Way, Public Libraries in Ashtabula County and Dolly Parton's Imagination Library have teamed up to provide free books to preschool children!
Click on the Imagination Library Logo on the left to enroll your child online or visit your local public library to enroll.
How does the program work? After you enroll, your child will receive a free book in the mail every month until his or her fifth birthday. The language and themes change as your child ages.
Why is this important? Elementary school teachers will tell you that reading with your preschool child is most important thing you can do to prepare him or her for school.
What if I have more than one preschool age child? All of your children who are under five may enroll.
How much will it cost? The program is free to any child under the age of five who lives in Ashtabula County. If you wish to donate the $27 annual cost you can by clicking on the DONATE button.
